Returning Items
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal.
You may return any item shipped keeping the following in mind:
• You should return the item to us within 30 days of receipt. • We do not accept items back that have been opened or used unless the product is incorrect, damaged or defective. • Acceptance of all returns shall be decided in our sole and absolute discretion.
We'll reimburse you for return shipping if your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, incorrect item, etc.) In other cases, return postage and additional handling and shipment costs are your responsibility.
What We Need To Receive From You
In your return package, please include the returned product(s) and the following information on your return/exchange form – Return/Exchange Form Contents:
• Your Name • Contact Information – Telephone, shipping address and email address • Receipt • Your order number • A brief reason for the return (i.e., exchange, refund, incorrect item, damaged, defective, etc.) • Whether you prefer a refund or a replacement order • Description of the replacement item that you want us to send to you, i.e., replacement product(s)’ name, product number, color, size, etc. • Any necessary additional instructions

Refunds
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the Return/Exchange Form. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
Exchanges Specify the exchange item(s), its product number(s) and the new color and/or size on the Return/Exchange Form. If you're exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of SportsMD or because of quality issues, SportsMD will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. The replacement order will be sent via Standard Ground Delivery. Returned items for exchange will be credited to the original form of payment and a new order will be placed for replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing. Rejection Of Returned Items By SportsMD Customer shall be fully responsible for paying, in advance, all shipping and handling charges for the reshipment of returned items back to customer if such items have been rejected by SportsMD. Returned items that are rejected by SportsMD will be destroyed, used or discarded in any manner chosen by SportsMD if such item(s) are not claimed by customer or there remains an outstanding balance owed SportsMD by customer for such item(s) upon or any time after fifteen (15) days of the date of notification (may be by email) to customer of SportsMD’s rejection of such item(s). Returning A Gift Gift recipients who return an item and do not want an exchange will be issued a SportsMD online gift certificate. You will receive an e-mail notification upon receipt of your gift return provided that your e-mail address is included on your return/exchange form. Missing Items We sincerely apologize for any items missing from your order. Please verify that the item you did not receive is not on backorder or did not ship separately by verifying the item is on your invoice included in your shipment. If the item that you are missing is on your printed invoice, but not included in your order, please e-mail us using the following address: customercare@SportsMD.com In your e-mail, please include the following information: • Your order number. • The name of the product you did not receive in your order. • Whether you prefer a refund or a replacement order. A Customer Care Specialist will respond to your message as quickly as possible. Process Time Please allow 10 to 15 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. Items that are not Returnable Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
